I have a chunk of cough drops in my freezer right now. I didn't oil the pan enough and have to figure out how to get them out of there without melting it all over again. I can't wait to try it out even though its not the optimal time of year to harvest horehound. Are all the weights in your recipe for dried herbs? I haven't forgotten about the sage pesto recipe, btw.
