A tool shed- what a luxury! What handy men you have around you :-)

The Roots Fest sounds wonderful! The kids should have a ball with the tasting. I'll have to try some at home and do a mini root fest.

The tasting for kids sounds great! And it looks like the storage building is going up quickly. I'm sure that'll make a big difference, being able to get your tools and such under cover, especially with cold, wet weather coming in the next few months.

I was thinking about you just the other day -- wish we still lived closer, but maybe we can get out your way before too long.

Sounds like you have a fun weekend ahead of you! Do you have any additional information on the Roots Festival?

As for ginger-ale, I like to make mine with my juicer. I use to have a recipe but now I just kind of wing it. Basically you juice some granny smith apples and ginger. Then you add tonic water to your apple-ginger juice and you've got some homemade ginger-ale :)

Although the ginger syrup is probably a little more portable and storable.

Glad the storage building is coming along quickly.
