It actually canned fine with the cream, but we liked the color better without it.  So, we&#039;d talked about how the next time we do it, we will probably can everything without the cream and add the cream when it was heated up to eat.  
Tastes fine though!</description>

		<description>That soup sounds so yummy, thanks for sharing!  Do you use Pomona&#039;s Pectic by any chance?  I love that stuff and they have great recipes in the box insert for low and no sugar jam recipes including a good one for berries...</description>
