I an learning to do this for the first time this year. My Aunt told me of the Head feet etc. And I was like ok? I did not understand where she got this info. But she is old world and Cherokee, I was brought up in Missouri so I did not learn any of the family ways in west Virginia. Only a few things my Mom did that was not normal to me. As far as superstitions go. But I want to learn all I missed out on now that I am older. My Aunt has all the knowledge but she is so far away. I do not see her much.
