How to create laughter in the home after being snowed in for days with a sick child?
Read Strawberry Shortcake books and replace every ‘berry’ word with ‘booty’.
“Once upon a time, Strawbooty Shortcake joined her booty best friends for a picnic. After they had eaten, Strawbooty sighed with happiness, “that was the booty best picnic ever!” she exclaimed. “Oh Strawbooty, our picnic’s not over yet” Rainbow Sherbet said, “Bluebooty’s going to read us a story”. “I brought my favorite book for fairy tales” added Bluebooty Muffin……”
I haven’t laughed so hard for months!! What a
“booty” good mom you are! I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your blog! It has been fascinating watching the progress of your home month after month, seeing your hooping video, and just learning more about you in general. You are an amazing woman, Maria.
Awww, you’re so sweet! I’m blushing!
Glad you got a good laugh. I don’t think I will ever be able to read Strawberry Shortcake the same way again 🙂
ahhhh hahahaha! LOVE it! I used to take worn out books of my daughter’s (Bambi comes to mind), you know, the sort that the pages are falling out of and have crayon marks everywhere, and…make captions all throughout, based upon what it LOOKS like the animals were saying (nevermind the story). This gets more fun if you have an impromtu gal night, sitting around eating and drinking and getting really silly… lol
