For the last few months, I’ve been going to Aerial Space to learn Silks. I’m only able to go once a week but I’m having so much fun!! It is a tremendous work out! Right now, I’m trying to master the basic routines for level one. This one is called Legs Basic Movements. You can see, I still have to stop to shake my arms out when they burn, but I’ve gotten so much stronger!
