Oooooooo…. how wonderful!! 🙂 Our kitchen countertop looks a lot like that during the Summer months too.
Nice veggies! I remember one year we froze a lot of our zuke and squash so I could use it in stir fries the rest of the year. And I also liked that it was quicker than canning.
